Terms of Use
Shiftpad: Shift Calendar (iOS and Android) · Effective 3 November 2026
1. The app
Shiftpad ("the app") is a shift calendar provided by AppKadag ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms.
2. Your data
Your data is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups; the app offers backup and export. See the privacy policy.
3. Free version, ads and Pro
The app is free and shows ads. Shiftpad Pro removes the ads and is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. No scheduling feature depends on Pro. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms.
4. No guarantee
Hours, pay and overtime figures are estimates based on what you enter and are not payroll or legal advice. Check them against your employer's records. We cannot guarantee that the app is error free or that reminders always arrive, because they depend on your device settings. The app is provided "as is". Keep your own backups.
5. Use of the app
You may use the app for personal planning. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the rules of the app stores.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential obligations and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Changes
We may update these terms when the app changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
8. Law and contact
German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Contact: appkadag@gmail.com.
On iOS, Apple's standard End User License Agreement also applies: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
